Jennifer Lopez performs at Biden-Harris inauguration
Jennifer Lopez performed a medley of songs during Wednesday’s inauguration of President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
Following her heartfelt performances of „This Land Is Your Land” and „America the Beautiful,” Lopez flexed on the front steps of the Capitol with more ‘fit pics showing off her classy white coat and sparkling jewelry while having a PDA moment with A-Rod.
Her outfit may have been more muted than one Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, but Jennifer Lopez served just as much surprise in her performance at now-President Joe Biden’s inauguration ceremony. J.Lo’s performance of “This Land Is Your Land” and “America the Beautiful” was slow, then it was fast, then it was a medley, then it was in Spanish, and by the end of it all, J.Lo even threw in a bit of “Let’s Get Loud.”
Nearly a year after she blazed through a handful of her hits (and a bit of Bruce Springsteen’s “Born in the U.S.A.”) during the 2020 Super Bowl halftime show, the singer and actress turned up at Wednesday’s presidential inauguration, where she linked the first two verses of Woody Guthrie’s “This Land Is Your Land” with “America the Beautiful” — and threw in a line from her own “Let’s Get Loud” just for good measure.
